How much water should I drink per day?

2-2.5 litres of water per day as it helps flush out fat stores and boost metabolism.

We focus on whole, unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruits, lean proteins.

Walking 10-15,000 steps per day. We aim for 70-100 active minutes.

A safe and sustainable rate of weight loss is 1kg per week for ladies and up to 2kgs for a man.

You have a dedicated coach who you will be in contact with daily. We will set realistic goals, track your progress, and celebrate small victories along the way.

Weight loss takes time and patience. Focus on progress, not perfection. You will start to see results in your first week.
